EXCHANGE AND RETURN
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we will exchange it with another product
Products only in original, unused condition shall be exchanged within 10 days of the date of delivery.
Product returned in original and unused condition will receive 100% of the amount as credit note/store credits.
Credit note will be sent to the user's registered e-mail ID. Store credits will be transferred to the user account on www.thenaked.in
For exchange / return orders, the customer will have to bear the cost of shipment.

The request for return/exchange should be placed within 24 hrs of product delivered. Refund will take place within 30 days time
FLAWED AND IMPRECISE ITEMS
In the event the products delivered to the Customer are either damaged or different from the order placed by the Customer, the Company shall accept the request for return made by the Customer and shall replace the damaged product at no additional cost to the Customer and shall deliver the same within 7-10 days of receiving the request for return from the Customer. The Customer is required to provide photographs of the damaged or differing product when making a request to replace the Product(s).
