Any additional charges levied by courier partners or due to address issues are not under our control.
Delivery Address

Please ensure that the address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delayed or Undelivered Orders
In case of unexpected delays, we request customers to allow reasonable additional time for delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, strikes, or government restrictions.
Damaged or Incorrect Products During Shipping
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
Claims raised without an unboxing video or after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
